THE DESIGN & COLOUR STORY
The warrior pattern is always weaved with a spirit of aspiration. Each time we share a new colour combination we will feature a different facet of the type of warrior we aspire to be.
This colour story is created to honour those walking the red road. This term the red road has slightly different meanings and connotations depending on who you ask. To us, it broadly refers to choosing to live your life in a good way. It means to ground yourself into your life’s purpose and to make choices that are in alignment with that purpose. For us as Ojibwe people, we connect the red road to the 7 grandfather teachings. These teachings provide all the tools to live a good life. The hard part is staying true to them; but when you wander off the red road it is always there waiting to welcome you back to your path of healing.
